A sculpture I remember
The sculpture I remember most is David by Michael Angelo. I saw it in the Accademia Gallery in Florence. This sculpture is so memorable to me because it is one of the most famous sculptures created. It was created during the beginning of the Renaissance which makes it a very influential piece of art. The size of David is what captured my eye, he had a strong yet relaxed posture with a hint of triumph. The detail in every inch of his body is incredible, Michael Angelo was one of the greatest artist in history and this sculpture had a part in giving him that honorable title. It is a piece of art I will never forget
